About the United States Police and Fire Games

What began in 1967 as the California Police Olympics is continuingto spread its influence across the United States of America. With thecontinued expansion to include all 50 states, the Games will be knownas the United States Police and Fire Championships (USPFC). The Championships are the property of the California Police Athletic Federation and are presented in partnership with the San DiegoSports Commission.

The purpose of the Games is to encourage and promote a closerbond of fraternity and facilitate harmonious relations among membersof the law enforcement and fire safety service at the Federal, State,County and Municipal levels through athletic competition.The inaugural Championships will be hosted in San Diego,California, a city that lends itself as the perfect backdropfor the USPFC.

Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer for the United States Police & Fire Championships.
